Terms of Service

Last updated: March 23, 2026

Service Description

Fortissimo is a live song request system for dueling piano shows. You can text a song request and optionally tip to move your request up in the queue.

No Guarantee of Performance

Submitting a song request does not guarantee it will be performed. Performers may decline any request at their discretion.

Performer Discretion

Performers reserve the right to refuse any request for any reason, including requests that are inappropriate, overly complex, or not in their repertoire.

Voluntary Tips

Tips are entirely voluntary. Tipping increases your position in the queue but does not guarantee your song will be played.

Direct Payments

When you tip through a link provided by Fortissimo, your payment goes directly to the individual performer via Venmo. Fortissimo does not process, hold, or transfer any money. The software platform is not a party to the payment transaction.

No Refunds

Because payments go directly to performers and not through the platform, Fortissimo does not administer refunds. Any refund requests should be directed to the performer or handled through Venmo's dispute process.

Acceptable Use

Abusive, harassing, or inappropriate use of the service may result in your phone number being blocked from making further requests.

Text Messaging

By texting our number, you consent to receive conversational text messages related to your song request and tip status. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Reply START to opt back in.
